Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking a reliable Dishwasher/Steward to join our Culinary team. You will help maintain a clean, safe kitchen and support daily restaurant operations, banquets, weddings, and events.

Ideal candidates value cleanliness, work well with others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dishwashing, and food preparation areas.
• Sweep, mop, and deep-clean kitchen floors, walls, countertops, and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize ovens, grills, walk-in refrigerators, and other kitchen equipment.
• Properly organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and maintain clean disposal areas.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing food and supply deliveries.
• Restock kitchen and service supplies as needed.
• Assist with banquet setup and breakdown for weddings, conferences, and special events.
• Support the Culinary team with basic food preparation and transporting supplies as assigned.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and workplace safety procedures.
• Report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to management.
