Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• 8-hour shifts include standing/walking 6-8 hours; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assist with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrive on time and ready to work; attend required trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers and team members.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow procedures for sanitation, Weights and Measures, and safety.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work/shopping environment; ensure equipment is safe.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; report safety hazards.
