Responsabilidades

• Gathers dirty dishware from tubs and stacks them for washing.
• Operates automatic dishwashing equipment and monitors detergents and chemicals.
• Unloads clean dishes, inspects cleanliness, and stacks for use by staff.
• Manually scrub pots and pans that cannot be washed automatically.
• Polishes silver, stainless steel, and pewter to present clean equipment.
• Maintains sanitation of the dish room and equipment per health regulations.
