Sagora Senior Living is seeking a part-time dishwasher in Mobile, AL to support a high standard of cleanliness for residents across independent, assisted, and memory care communities.

You will wash dishes, monitor dishwasher temperature, and keep the kitchen clean daily, with monthly deep cleans and evening floor care, contributing to a safe, welcoming dining environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor the temperature of the dishwashing machine to ensure proper operation.
• Remove cracked or damaged dishes or utensils and notify supervisor.
• Store dishes, glassware, and utensils properly for next use.
• Dispose of trash in a proper manner.
• Clean the dishwasher inside and out after each shift.
• Deep clean the kitchen on a monthly basis.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor, walk-in refrigerator, and freezer each evening.
