Responsibilities

• Wash wares in a dishwashing machine or by hand according to applicable food safety and other codes and regulations.
• Polish all silverware, platters, and chafing dishes.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with the Club’s standards, as required by scheduling.
• Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Assist in food preparation and storing foods after delivery.
• Cleans and safely stores all cleaning equipment and maintains cleaning schedules.
