Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize plates, dishes, platters, glasses, silverware, pots, pans and utensils.
• Put away clean items in proper locations.
• Keep kitchen, pot area and dish room clean.
• Sweep and mop floors to prevent slipping hazards and debris.
• Assist with general prep work as needed.
• Take garbage, recyclables, and boxes out of the kitchen.
