Job summary

White Lodging operates JW Marriott Austin and is seeking a Dishwasher to support smooth kitchen operations. You will help maintain cleanliness, assist the culinary team, and uphold a safe, efficient work environment at the hotel level.

Role emphasizes teamwork, ability to work fast-paced shifts, and reliability. On-site position with opportunities for growth and employee benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals.
• Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher.
• Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
