Responsibilities

• Wash pots, pans, and trays; polish silver.
• Segregate and remove trash; place in designated containers.
• Sweep, mop floors; wash worktables, walls, and refrigerators.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas; restock for next shift.
• Maintain temperature logs; organize cooler/freezer.
• Assist cooks in prepping, storing, and dating food.
