Ideal candidates are comfortable multitasking, following directions, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace while complying with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating dishwashing machines and cleaning supplies.
• Ability to wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchenware thoroughly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in handling kitchen tools and equipment safely.
• Effective communicator and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain steady workflow to keep up with kitchen and dining area needs.
• Ensure cleaned items are sanitized and restocked promptly.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment; report issues.
• Track cleaning supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Keep back of house and restrooms clean and orderly.
