HeadPinz & FastTrax Entertainment Centers is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our Food & Beverage / Kitchen team across all locations. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, sanitary back-of-house area by properly cleaning, sanitizing, and storing dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment while supporting kitchen operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures and safety guidelines consistently.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with local, state, and federal health regulations.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Monitor dish machine temperatures, chemical levels, and cleanliness to ensure proper sanitation.
• Immediately address spills, broken glass, or debris to prevent slips, trips, and falls.
