Job summary

Experience in a food service setting and familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash dishes to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area to meet health standards.
• Sort and stack clean dishes for easy access by kitchen and service staff.
• Dispose of trash and recycling and assist with general kitchen cleaning.
• Report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management.
