Job summary

Under supervision of the Culinary Supervisor, you will follow GMP, safety, and COVID guidelines, maintain logs, handle allergen-safe materials, and assist with other kitchen duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Operate large-scale dish machine and 3-compartment sink.
• Work with cross-functional team and follow SOPs.
• Experience in high-volume dishwashing preferred.
• Stay flexible for weekends or early shifts.
• Be punctual and maintain attendance.
• Dress appropriately for wet conditions.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dish room clean and organized.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Wash dishes using a 3-compartment sink process.
• Follow leadership to ensure materials are ready when needed.
• Store and manage dish room equipment.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Follow GMP and safety guidelines.
• Communicate allergens and sanitation practices clearly.
• Complete dishwashing logs and sanitation checks.
• Report safety or equipment issues to leadership.
• Support Associate Cook duties as needed.
