Job summary

Thistle Health Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Dishwasher to maintain a clean and organized dish room and support our fast-paced kitchen operations in Vacaville, CA.

You will operate and monitor a large-scale dish machine, perform manual washing in a 3-compartment sink, and follow GMP, safety, and COVID guidelines while supporting culinary leadership with QA audits and occasional Associate Cook duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Able to operate a large-scale dish machine and a 3-compartment sink.
• Experience in high-volume dishwashing is preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized dish room.
• Operate and monitor the large-scale dish machine.
• Wash dishes using a manual 3-compartment sink process.
• Store and manage all equipment that goes through the dish room.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment per guidelines.
• Follow GMP, safety and COVID safety guidelines.
• Complete dishwashing logs and QA documentation and report issues to culinary leadership.
• Assist with Associate Cook duties as needed.
