Responsibilities

• Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine following Ruby Tuesday procedures.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any issues.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware; maintains adequate levels of clean tableware.
• Keeps dish area clean and organized.
• Bags and hauls dish room trash per schedule.
• Maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Clean and maintain floors per Ruby Tuesday standards.
• Maintain clean restrooms through regular checks.
• Clean, roll, and unroll kitchen mats.
• Sweep outside areas and back dock as needed.
• Set up, maintain, and organize work area before, during, and after shift.
• Follow HOH Cleaning Program and AM Utility Programs.
• May assist in cleaning and preparing foods as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
