Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and operation of the dishwashing station. You will wash dishes, pots, pans, and all china and glassware used in the restaurant and banquet areas, while helping with general kitchen upkeep and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include handling boxes, trash, and unloading shipments, ensuring proper temperatures for sanitation, and assisting with ovens and refrigerators as needed.

Qualifications

• You are able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• You have the ability to stock items on shelves above eye level.
• You are able to stand for long periods of time.
• You are aware of safety procedures within the kitchen area.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine and ensure cleanliness of all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen, and banquet department.
• Break down boxes and empty trash into dumpsters; keep kitchen walls clean.
• Clean floor mats, sweep and mop the kitchen floor daily; assist with ovens and refrigerators as needed.
• Ensure dish machine maintains proper temperature for sanitization; keep floor area dry and debris-free.
• Assist with unloading shipments, date items, and storing items properly.
