Responsibilities

• Prepare food following recipes and applying portion control standards
• Measure, weigh, and combine ingredients for simple menu items
• Operate kitchen utensils and heavy equipment
• Serve food courteously and knowledgeably
• Transport food items safely to serving areas
• Wash, sanitize, and store pots, pans, and utensils
• Clean tables and kitchen areas following sanitation standards
• Assist with events, catering needs, and daily operations
• Support other staff as needed
