• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine as assigned.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures and ensures sanitation.
• Keeps dish area clean and complies with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain safety and sanitation.
