Job summary

Sifted is hiring a Dishwasher/Porter to join our culinary team in South San Francisco. You’ll work closely with an executive chef to maintain food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Handler certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Kitchen experience preferred (dishwasher/porter roles)

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and cleaning duties in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Receive and store food shipments.
• Maintain walk-in and dry storage area hygiene and organization.
• Assist with light food prep and closing duties.
• Communicate with chef and manager about kitchen issues.
