Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by keeping dishwashing and pot washing stations clean and sanitized. You will wash dishes, maintain logs, and assist with storage and rotation of supplies to support safe and efficient dining for residents.

The role emphasizes following OSHA and food safety rules while contributing to a positive, well-organized kitchen environment that enhances resident well-being.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
