Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc. is hiring a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards.

You will set up dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, wash and sanitize items, and help keep logs and cleaning tasks on schedule while supporting dining service as needed. The role offers a stable, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth within senior living dining

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining clean, sanitized work areas.
• Ability to follow OSHA and food safety regulations.
• Ability to complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
