Job summary

Golden Corral is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as Utility Person / Dishwasher. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, ensuring clean silverware and dishes for guests, and supporting a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning areas, restrooms, and the parking lot, stocking service areas, and following health department regulations. The position emphasizes reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Clean inside of the restaurant to maintain a pleasant, safe environment.
• Clean around the outside of the building and the parking lot.
• Inspect and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and maintain dumpster/back dock area.
• Keep utility area clean and organized.
• Assist with duty roster and ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Follow local health department regulations.
• Assist with stocking cook/line/server areas with glassware and dishes.
• Maintain organization, speed, and cleanliness in work areas.
• Report equipment or facility issues to the Manager.
• Understand and follow just‑in‑time delivery processes.
