Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine.
• Maintain stock areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Deliver clean water pitchers to nursing stations.
• Transport carts to dining areas.
• Monitor water temperatures and cleaning chemical usage.
• Clean and wash dishes, utensils, and food-service carts.
