You will handle dishwashing, utensil care, stock rotation, and waste management, while following safety guidelines and participating in department trainings. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; physical stamina is essential.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Sort and wash soiled ware; maintain dish machine and storage areas.
• De-tarnish/polish silverware and clean kitchen equipment.
• Transport and prepare utensils and service ware for staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, floors, and walls.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper chemical usage; report equipment issues.
• Attend department trainings and complete duties as assigned.
