Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Ability to work quickly while following safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and loads them for washing.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver and maintains kitchen equipment as required.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe; sweeps and mops floors.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with unloading.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
