6. Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
7. Load and unload dishwashing machines.
8. Wash items in 3-compartment sinks when the dishwasher is unavailable.
9. Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately, following Food Safety and Sanitation Guidelines.
10. Set up workstations before meal prep begins.
11. Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, utensils, and equipment, especially during peak hours.
12. Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g., detergents).
13. Check dishwashing machines’ operation and report technical issues to management.
14. Remove garbage regularly.
15. Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
16. Go above and beyond for guests and team members.
17. Support management decisions enthusiastically.
18. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
19. Maintain a clean, organized work environment free of safety hazards, including sweeping and mopping.
20. Comply with all local, state, federal laws, and regulations related to food safety.
21. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, Certifications:

1. High School diploma or GED.
2. Food and Beverage experience is preferred but not required.
3. ServSafe Certification or equivalent is preferred.
4. Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
5. Ability to work in a high-energy, demanding environment.
6. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and with others.
7. Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and demonstrate good judgment when dealing with situations.
