Qualifications

• Previous commercial dishwashing equipment experience is required.
• High volume kitchen experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silverware and maintains safety and chemical levels according to standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and adheres to safety regulations.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas and assists with unloading.
