Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas and utensils in a sanitary condition.
• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food storage procedures.
• Work as a team member in a dynamic, high-volume kitchen.
• Adhere to cafe guidelines and uniform requirements.
• Assist in other tasks as needed when requested.
