Job summary

Verdana VillageMaster Association in Estero, FL, seeks a full-time Dishwasher to support a fast-paced hospitality-focused property run by Troon. The role offers learning and growth within a global leader in golf and community management.

Wage is $18.00 per hour. No prior experience required; you will wash dishes, assist in stocking/food prep, and help maintain sanitation across the kitchen area. Regular attendance and safety practices are expected.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to communicate in English to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize china, glass, silver, cooking equipment, and tools.
• Assist in stocking and rotating incoming food and beverage products.
• Assist in basic food preparation as assigned by the Chef or F&B Manager.
• Empty kitchen trash receptacles and dispose of garbage properly.
• Store dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Perform daily cleaning: dry storage, shelving, steam tables, hoods, exhaust system, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Sweep and mop floors; alert chef or supervisor of equipment breakdowns.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain regular attendance.
