Job summary

Esplanade Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our dining operations. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cookware, and more, using machine and manual cleaning methods.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils; load dish machine.

• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand as needed.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster; keep area clean.

Esplanade Golf and Country Club , located in Naples, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Dishwasher ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour

Summary:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• - Understanding the knowledge of safety and sanitation
• - Must be dependable
• - Must be able to work well in a fast‐paced environment
• - Must be able to work in a team environment
• - Must be able to take direction

Position Responsibilities:

• - Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine
• - Sort and stack clean dishes
• - Change dishwater in dish machine every hour
• - Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
• - Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
• - Set up or break down dishwashing area
• - Clean and roll/unroll mats
• - Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions
• - Sweep/mop floors
• - Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster
• - Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
• - Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
• - Full compliance with the Department of Health regulations
• - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
