Job summary

The National at Ave Maria Golf Club in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Dishwasher to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish area and assist in daily kitchen operations under guidance from the culinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Stores dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Follows safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes.
• Cleans the kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
