CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Dishwasher to support our senior living communities in Michigan. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment, ensuring clean and safe kitchen operations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, friendly service, and adherence to health codes. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred but not required; good communication and a positive attitude are essential for collaborating with the culinary team and residents.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
