CommonSail Investment Group is hiring a Dishwasher to support our dining services across our senior living communities. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and utensils, while upholding health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have basic dishwashing experience, a friendly attitude, strong teamwork, and good communication. This full-time role offers the chance to contribute to a compassionate team that serves residents and families each day.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
