Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen surfaces, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate methods and equipment; maintains safety and sanitation standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation requirements.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas; assists with loading/unloading.
