Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose of it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $17.00–$21.00 per hour.
