Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse dishes, pots, pans and trays; keep areas sanitary.
• Operate dishwashing equipment as assigned; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silverware using appropriate methods; maintain sanitation standards.
• Maintain clean work areas, floors and surfaces; safe handling of chemicals.
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
