Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Polishes silver using standard procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keeps dish area orderly and applies safety procedures.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other food prep surfaces.
