Flour Bakery Breadquarters in Boston, MA is hiring a full-time Dishwasher for its BK production kitchen. You will clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and equipment, maintain cleanliness, and follow sanitation procedures under supervision.

Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with a total range of $18.00-$23.03 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and staff meals; minimum commitment of one year is expected.

Qualifications

• Must maintain grooming and uniform standards.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Able to lift <50 lbs and maneuver equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a log of dish machine sanitizer and sink sanitizer, testing twice daily.
• Keep chemicals stocked and properly labeled.
• Organize food pans, sheets, containers, and shelves.
• Consolidate dish area and keep area tidy to prevent pileups.
• Remove compost, recycling, and trash regularly.
• Keep trash area clean and dry; prevent debris on floors.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors per BK parameters nightly.
