Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a part-time dishwasher at BXP Restaurant Bar, 200 Clarendon Street, Boston, MA 02116. The role supports kitchen operations with cleaning, sanitizing and organizing dishware and prep areas. Hours are Monday through Friday; pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour and online applications are accepted only.

Previous culinary and utility experience preferred. Free meals, uniforms and laundering service available at select locations as part of our benefits package.

• Previous culinary and utility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures.
• Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Removes trash and places it in designated containers.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Helps load and unload supplies and product.
