Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full time and part time DISHWASHER positions.
• Location: NEA Baptist Memorial - 4800 East Johnson Avenue, Jonesboro, AR 72405. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Hours and days may vary, including mornings, evenings, and rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
• Pay Rate: $13.37 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and washes them by hand or in dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
3. Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
4. Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
5. Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
6. Keeps dish area orderly and safe.
7. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
8. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
9. Removes trash and maintains cleanliness of garbage cans.
10. Transfers supplies and equipment as needed.
11. Assists with loading and unloading supplies.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
