Job Summary

Summary: Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dishes, wash by hand or using machinery, ensuring cleanliness.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays following procedures.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep dish area clean and safe, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove and dispose of trash properly.
• Transfer supplies and equipment as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
