Job Title: Dishwasher

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time DISHWASHER positions at Park Bistro, located at 1 Park Plaza, Irvine, CA 92614. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes; wash by hand or use dishwashing machines, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Wash pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
3. Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
4. Follow safety procedures at all times.
5. Maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels as per standards.
6. Keep dish area clean and compliant with safety standards.
7. Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
8. Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
9. Remove trash and clean garbage cans.
10. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
11. Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
