Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full-time DISHWASHER position.

Location: Solheim Senior Community - 2236 Merton Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90041.

Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. More details provided upon interview.

Requirement: Prior dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Rate: $17.28 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Washes pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures.
3. Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
4. Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
5. Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
6. Keeps dish area orderly and safe.
7. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
8. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
9. Removes trash and maintains garbage areas.
10. Transfers supplies and equipment as needed.
11. Assists with loading and unloading supplies.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
