Job Title: Dishwasher

Job Summary

The Dishwasher maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a sanitary and orderly manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or using dishwashing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Wash pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
3. Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
4. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
5. Keep the dish area clean and organized, complying with safety standards.
6. Clean floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
7. Remove trash and ensure proper disposal.
8. Transfer supplies and equipment as needed.
9. Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
