Job Overview

Oak View Group is the global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry. We offer comprehensive solutions for world-class venues, including arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions.

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The role requires maintaining excellent attendance and flexibility to work scheduled events based on business needs. The hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $19.00.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure high sanitation levels for all items to be reused, preventing contamination.
2. Follow MSDS criteria, food safety standards, and policies.
3. Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe, clean condition.
4. Stock cleaned items such as plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans.
5. Clean and sanitize food service areas and equipment.
6. Assist in maintaining the front office and other areas, including trash disposal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning.
7. Experience in casual or fine dining environments is helpful.
8. High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
9. Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
10. Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
11. Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by law.
