Job summary

Bethesda Senior Living Communities in Loveland, CO is hiring a full-time Dishwasher for 2nd shift who is available on weekends and rotating holidays. You will help maintain clean and sanitized dishes and a safe kitchen for residents.

You will load the dishwasher, assist cooks, help stock and maintain storeroom, and support servers while providing courteous resident service. A professional appearance and a team-focused, compassionate attitude are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent patient-focused service for residents.
• Experience in restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and sanitized dishes and kitchen for resident safety.
• Load dishwasher according to department policies and procedures.
• Ensure dishwasher temperature complies with regulations.
• Assist cooks with meal preparation as requested.
• Assist servers and respond to residents' requests courteously.
• Help stock and maintain cleanliness and order in storeroom.
• Maintain professional appearance and a positive environment.
• Provide adequate daily dining coverage with Culinary Services Director and Host/Hostess, taking resident meal orders.
