Summary: Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, and work areas in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties:

• Scrape and rinse food from dishes, wash by hand or in dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays, ensuring cleanliness.
• Polish silverware as required.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep dish area orderly and clean floors.
• Wash work surfaces and equipment.
• Remove trash and clean cans.
• Transfer supplies and help load/unload supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
