Position Overview

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares. The role requires maintaining excellent attendance and being available to work scheduled events based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an hourly wage of $21.00-$23.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits include a 401(k) Savings Plan and matching contributions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high sanitation standards for all items used, preventing contamination.
• Follow M.S.D.S. criteria, food safety, and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
• Remove trash and maintain clean, safe loading and receiving areas.
• Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
• Perform FOH opening and closing sanitation duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual or fine dining environments is helpful.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment.
• Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
• Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by regulations.
