Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience by maintaining hygienic work areas.
• Clean all surfaces and equipment, including floors, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, and storage areas.
• Remove refuse and maintain cleanliness in dining and work areas.
• Assist with dishwashing, including scraping, washing, and storing dishes, pots, and pans.
• Use chemicals and equipment safely to meet sanitary standards.
• Help guests with requests and communicate needs to staff.
• Load and unload supplies, stock and rotate food items, and check food temperatures.
