• We are hiring immediately for a full-time DISHWASHER position.
• Location: 1010 Church Street, Nashville, TN 37203. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior high-volume dish room experience preferred.

Job Summary

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scrapes and rinses food from dishes, washes by hand or uses dishwashing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Washes pots, pans, trays; polishes silver as required.
3. Ensures safety procedures are followed.
4. Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
5. Keeps dish area clean and organized, complies with safety standards.
6. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
7. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
8. Removes trash, cleans garbage cans.
9. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
10. Helps load and unload supplies.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
