Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
2. Work closely with kitchen staff to clean and organize the kitchen area, maintaining hygiene standards.
3. Operate commercial dishwashing machines and handle clean dishes properly.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

You Will

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Follow safety and security procedures, including HACCP guidelines.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines with appropriate items.
• Ensure proper operation of dishwashing equipment with the correct chemicals.
• Sanitize equipment and deliver to storage areas.
• Develop sanitation schedules and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience leading compliance with safety and regulatory procedures.
• Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, and HACCP.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility for different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of cleaning/housekeeping or custodial experience.
• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Additional Information
